- Economy Delivery: Cost-effective 2-3 day delivery option

- Specialized Services: Including temperature-controlled, fragile, and high-value item handling
Our standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We also offer:
- Saturday Delivery: Available for an additional fee (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
- Evening Delivery: Until 8:00 PM for an extra charge
- Time-Specific Delivery: You can request AM (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM) or PM (1:00 PM - 6:00 PM) delivery windows
Yes, we offer Saturday delivery services for an additional fee. Saturday deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Sunday delivery services.
To schedule a Saturday delivery, please ensure you select this option when booking your shipment or contact our customer service team at least 24 hours in advance.
Tracking & Delivery
You can track your package in several ways:
- Online Tracking: Enter your tracking number on our website's tracking page
- Mobile App: Download our app for real-time tracking updates
- Email/SMS Updates: Opt in for automatic delivery notifications
- Customer Service:during business hours
You'll receive a unique tracking number when your shipment is booked, which you can use to monitor your package's journey from pickup to delivery.
"Out for Delivery" means your package has been loaded onto a delivery vehicle and is currently with a driver who will attempt delivery to the recipient address today.
During this status, you can typically expect:
- Delivery within standard business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- A delivery attempt will be made - if no one is available, the driver will leave a card with instructions
- Possible notification when the driver is approximately 30 minutes away (if you've opted for this service)
If no one is available to receive the package, our driver will:
- Leave a "We Missed You" card with instructions
- Attempt delivery to a neighbor if you've pre-authorized this option
- Leave the package in a safe location if you've provided specific instructions
After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will:
- Hold the package at our local depot for 5 business days
- Contact you to arrange redelivery or alternative arrangements
- Return to sender if no instructions are received after 5 days (return fees may apply)
Packaging & Preparation
Proper packaging ensures your items arrive safely. We recommend:
- Use a new, sturdy cardboard box appropriate for the item's size and weight
- Use adequate cushioning material (bubble wrap, foam peanuts, or air pillows)
- Seal boxes with strong packing tape (3-4 strips on top and bottom)
- Include a packing slip inside the package
- Ensure the address label is clear, secure, and protected with clear tape
- Remove any old labels or shipping marks
For fragile items, we recommend double-boxing with at least 3 inches of cushioning material between boxes.
Yes, we offer a range of packaging materials and services:
- Packaging Purchase: We sell boxes, envelopes, tape, and cushioning materials at all our locations
- Packaging Service: For an additional fee, we can professionally package your items at our facilities
- Free Guidelines: We provide free packaging guides and tips on our website
Our standard packaging rates start at €2 for envelopes and €5 for boxes. Professional packaging services start at €10, depending on item size and complexity.
Pricing & Payment
Our shipping costs are based on several factors:
- Package Dimensions: Both size and weight (dimensional weight may apply)
- Delivery Speed: Express services cost more than economy options
- Distance: Delivery location relative to origin
- Additional Services: Insurance, special handling, packaging, etc.
- Fuel Surcharge: Variable charge based on current fuel prices

We accept various payment methods for your convenience:

Business account customers can also set up monthly invoicing with payment terms of net 14 days upon credit approval.
