The cutoff time for next day delivery is 5 PM on business days. Packages collected or dropped off before 5 PM will be delivered by 6 PM the next business day. For later collections, we offer an express same-day service at an additional cost.

What happens if my package doesn't arrive on time?

We offer a money-back guarantee for our next day delivery service. If your package doesn't arrive by 6 PM the next business day (excluding circumstances beyond our control like severe weather or recipient unavailability), we will refund the delivery charge. Certain terms and conditions apply.

Do you deliver on weekends and bank holidays?

Our next day delivery service operates on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). If you book on a Friday, delivery will be on Monday. We do offer Saturday delivery as a premium service - contact us for availability and pricing.

What items can I send with next day delivery?

You can send most legal items with our next day delivery service, including documents, parcels, and commercial goods. Restricted items include hazardous materials, perishable goods requiring refrigeration, high-value items over €5,000, and illegal substances. Contact us if you're unsure about your item.

Can I change the delivery address after booking?

Yes, you can change the delivery address before the package is out for delivery. Contact our customer service team with your tracking number and the new address. Address changes may incur an additional fee if the new location is outside the original delivery area.
