What items are prohibited from shipping?

Prohibited items include illegal substances, firearms, explosives, hazardous materials, perishable goods without proper packaging, live animals, and currency. Some items like lithium batteries, aerosols, and certain liquids have restrictions. Contact us if you're unsure about a specific item.

Do you offer packaging services?

Yes, we offer professional packaging services at our depots for an additional fee. Our packaging experts will ensure your items are properly protected for transit. We also sell a range of packaging materials including boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and labels at our locations.

What happens if no one is available to receive the delivery?

If no one is available, our driver will attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or in a secure location if safe to do so. Otherwise, they will leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery. The package will be returned to our local depot where it can be collected or redelivered at a more convenient time.
